In 2006 we managed the design and construction of new offices and retail spaces as we converted a 30,000 SQ FT vacant warehouse property to new uses in the revitalized Washington Avenue Garment District® (loft district).
Space Architects of St. Louis was selected as the project's architect.
We managed the project's development including subsidy procurement (MO state and federal historic tax credits as well as City of St. Louis tax abatement), lease-up to 90%+ occupancy, construction (bidding and AIA documentation as well as daily construction management) and property management.
